Human Brain, Language And Civilization
Human brain is language center. Starting from memories of glossaries, notion onto the verbal process. The language territory is said to be very typical in human brain. As we all know that language is a tool where human can deliver their civilization. Human can write and deliver his history by language. Human can create their masterpiece with language. Human formulate science and technology also with language. Language has shown that human is the most perfect creature in the world.
Further, human brain also controls the noble function in human’ life. Emotion is one of it. Feel delighted, happy, sad, suffering, hate, love, and affection is all controlled by a part of brain which is called amygdale. While a rational memory handled by human brain which is called Hippocampus.
Collectively, human has a part in the middle side of his brain which is connected to the ‘noble function of human‘. God has blessed human with a system (limbic system) to various points of good and bad, then the system will determine whether a condition is good or else, bad.
What Is Dexametason ?
Dexametason is an anti-inflammation medicine that considered effective, that can also lessen brain-pain, by stabilizing the cell membrane and avoid the happening of edema intradan extracellular. Dexametason is steroid that is often used as anti-edema brain. Although the effectiveness of this steroid can be proved in curing brain edema (neoplasm) in brain, nevertheless its effectiveness in curing edema by infarct and hemorrhagic in brain is still controversial.
Deksametason can be given in start dose 10 mg intravenous or intramuscular, then followed by 5 mgs every 6 hours, during a week and later, then can be stopped in sequence ( tapering off). Steroid Side effect is quite a lot, we must first consider the loss and profit at every case. If existed history stomach problem, dexametason had better shall not given.
