Waste dump has caused so many troubles in our body. Constipation problems, fever, flu, excessive weight, cellulite, excessive blood cholesterol rate, sluggish chronic, disease / interference skin, pre-menstruation syndrome, losing the joy of sex, early aging, tumors, degenerative diseases, etc
Toxic is not only coming from the dregs of the food we consume, but also can comes from substances like additive food, polluted air, chemicals such as pesticides, heavy metals in the drinking water, residue pharmaceutical drugs, etc. Even the negative thoughts and emotions is also toxic to the cells our bodies. All waste or substances that are not required by our body will be treated as a poison (toxin) or disease. Dregs or toxin is also produced naturally by the body of our own. This is a metabolic process so that we can not avoid. Every day in our body of the division of new cells happens.
Detoxification is the process of getting rid the toxic substances our of our body, or the substances that are toxic from the body. Fasting is said one effective method of detox. Fasting can clean intestine, and we all know that the whole body’s cells getting its’ food from blood. And every substances that comes to our body is absorbed by blood by intestine’s channels. Thus if our intestine is clean, the blood taken in the entire body will be clean too
