Sweet Caroline” was officially released in September 16th, 1968. This song was written and performed by Neil Diamond as a single. The single it self was started to appear on some television shows in autumn 1969. Sweet Caroline in that time has reached #4 on the Billboard chart and had got platinum for the record sales, which reached over one million singles.

Diamond revealed that the song “Sweet Caroline” was inspired by President John F. Kennedy’s daughter, Caroline Kennedy, who was eleven years old that time.

“Sweet Caroline” was becoming more popular as it was used as victory song for New York Rangers during 2005-2006 season. No long after that, the song began being played at Madison Square Garden by the PA System at the end of games that the Rangers were winning. The song then began only being played if a game was out of reach for the opponent or after the game.

In English Football season 2005-2006, Sweet Caroline was adopted by the players of Reading Football Club where the audience enthusiastically hail the song.

Her relaxing evening turned into a wild night when some of her over 60,000 followers started to taunt the political scion.

Initially, McCain tried to straight-talk her way out:

“So I took a fun picture not thinking anything about what I was wearing, but apparently anything other than a pantsuit, I am a slut,” she Twittered.

Then she threatened to abandon her Twitter account altogether. “[Why] I have been considering deleting my twitter account, what once was fun now just seems like a vessel for harassment.”
